I would find out what the hours were last year and go with that. As long as you aren't booking dinner too late, I can't see why you'd have any problems going with the times you want.

I went and dug up 07 and 06 hours and except for a few changes, the EMH and most parade times were exactly the same. So I'm going with that for now =)
